Man dies at 102 - owned his car for 82 years

Can you imagine having the same car for 82 years?!!!
Since this is a Rolls, is it likely it was still under warranty for the original owner?
"How Long Have You Owned a Car?"

Mr. Allen Swift ( Springfield , MA.) received this 1928 Rolls-Royce Piccadilly P1 Roadster from his father, brand new - as a graduation gift in 1928.
He drove it up until his death last year.....at the age of 102 !!!
He was the oldest living owner of a car from new.  Just thought you'd like to see it.
He donated it to a Springfield museum. It has 170,000 miles on it, still runs like a Swiss watch, dead silent at any speed and is in perfect cosmetic condition. (82 years)
That's approximately 2000 miles per year.
In 2006, Mr. Allen Swift donated $1 million and his Rolls-Royce to the Springfield museum (press release). It became the founding stock of the Museum of Springfield History.

This is an old story but still interesting. It was checked out here and appears to be true.

Male logic joke

*This is a story which is perfectly logical to all males:*   A wife asks her husband, "Could you please go shopping for me and buy one carton of milk, and if they have eggs, get 6."   A short time later the husband comes back with 6 cartons of milk.  The wife asks him, "Why the hell did you buy 6 cartons of milk?"   He replied, "They had eggs."

Joke: Apparently, ice is really bad for you

When you drink vodka over ice, it can give you kidney failure. When you drink rum over ice, it can give you liver failure. When you drink whiskey over ice, it can give you heart problems. When you drink gin over ice, it can give you brain problems. Apparently, ice is really bad for you. Warn all your friends. Click here for a vegetarian joke.
